What is the 12 Days of Christmas HIIT workout?

The 12 Days of Christmas HIIT workout follows the same general principles as other forms of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), but with an added festive twist! Each exercise is based on a line from the song “12 Days of Christmas.” For example, on the seventh day of Christmas, you’ll complete seven burpees and then do the previous days again in reverse order (i.e., 6 reverse lunges, 5 sit-ups, 4 push-ups, etc ). This sequence continues until the twelfth day culminating in a full cycle of the list.
