With the holiday season rolling in, so do the extra helpings of yuletide sweets – gingerbread, sugar cookies and peppermint bark sprinkled with magic. Hearty, homestyle feasts abound with second helpings a norm, while hot chocolate and eggnog flow as constant as sleigh bells in the night. It’s no wonder that this season often tips the scales, with the average American gaining 1-3 pounds that tend to linger into the new year like unwelcome holiday guests.

Embrace the spirit of the season without the weighty consequences by joining our ‘Maintain, Don’t Gain’ Holiday Challenge. This festive program offers a sleigh-load of tips and advice on maintaining your weight, complete with invigorating workouts designed to keep the holiday calories at bay. Our journey begins with a pre-Thanksgiving weigh-in and wraps up after New Year’s, ensuring a season filled with cheer and balance.

 

If you stay within 2 pounds of your initial weigh-in, you’ll be entered into a drawing to be one of the 3 winners that will split 50% of the entry fee. Our approach is about finding the perfect harmony between nutrition and mindfulness, allowing us to revel in the holidays without guilt or deprivation. Imagine greeting the New Year with a sense of accomplishment, feeling more energized and at peace with your scale.

 

Join forces with certified nutrition and health coach Sara Rogers for a journey that promises to keep your holidays merry, bright, and balanced. It’s a judgment-free zone where your favorite Fall & Holiday treats, along with newfound friendships, take the spotlight. Let’s make this holiday season one where joy, health, and celebration go hand in hand!

Initial Weigh-in: November 13-15
Accountability Weigh-in: December 4-8
Final Weigh-in: January 3

 

To be entered into the drawing, you need to register before November 13, but registration does not close and you may sign-up at any time.

Her approach is as refreshing as it is unique, focusing on empowering her clients to take control of their overall wellbeing. An accomplished ultra runner, Sara’s training embodies grit and resilience. Her diverse qualifications include Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Group Fitness Instructor for TRX, Bootcamp, Yoga Sculpt, and LesMills Attack.
